Day in the life

I really love what I do. Bringing a family home, around their own dinner table, making their time together grow, that's pretty amazing. It's like giving them precious time back in this busy world. My clients are pretty amazing too. I love getting to know the ones I meet in the kitchen. Whether it's a pass by nibble, or a seat at the island to watch "Chef Dan" make the chicken fingers they requested...it's all just a dream coming true for me.
